Carpenter & Clerk  is the name given to the long musical partnership of Tim Baker and Scott Currie.  After meeting at an open mic  in Bloomington, IN sometime before the year 2006, these two have been writing and singing songs together   ever since.  Starting out as a  guitar and banjo duo, relying on their natural humor and  clean harmonies, Tim & Scott quickly latched onto scientist and upright bass virtuoso, Ryan Deasy.  With a strong three-part harmony now in place, and   a drive to create songs that don't quite fit into the normal string band/bluegrass style, Carpenter & Clerk continues to  entertain anyone and everyone with their original   and   fearless live show where anything can happen.
